Benefits Communication Design & Digital Implementation

My client needed to effectively communicate benefits information to two distinct employee populations: their original workforce and a newly acquired legacy group. The project required creating materials that would guide both audiences through benefits changes and direct them to a centralized online resource.

My Role

As the design and digital implementation specialist on this project, I worked alongside communications experts and copywriters to bring the strategy to life visually. I was responsible for:

• Designing all communication deliverables that explained benefits changes
• Creating a consistent visual identity across all materials
• Building and implementing the comprehensive benefits website
• Ensuring all digital and print assets maintained brand consistency
• Transforming strategic messaging into visually engaging formats
